Key Features

  • Tool-Free Assembly: Designed with practicality in mind, the table is fully foldable and can be set up or taken down in minutes without any tools.

Why Showdown?

Showdown is often described as a cross between air hockey and table tennis. It is a fast-paced, tactile, and auditory game where players defend their goal and strike a rattling ball under a center barrier.

  • Truly Inclusive: While designed for the visually impaired, sighted players wear masks to ensure a level playing field.
  • All Ages: From students in integrated schools to residents in senior care, Showdown adapts to the pace and strength of the players.
  • Social & Competitive: It bridges the gap between serious competitive sport and a fun, social activity that encourages interaction.

New SuperRamp Box & Improved Ramp
We have developed a handy wooden transport box for SuperRamp, available from June 2025. This suitcase-like box (size 70 x 32 x 42 cm) will also leave space for a set of boccia balls, boccia trays or similar. (Carrying handles will be added)
The EXP1128 SuperRamp itself has also been improved, so that now it is possible to release the balls from a much lover position. SuperRamp is the only available molded boccia ramp. It is quick & easy to handle, and very durable due to the impact resistant polycarbonate material.
Superior Backpacks: Fresh Looks & Restocks
Our Dark Olive colored backpack has become very popular, not least because of the large front pocket that provides space for i.e. a boccia tray & extra balls. In future productions, all our backpacks will have this feature.   New colors create joy and variety, and we are pleased to introduce two new attractive color combinations for the Superior Backpack: Black with red contrast color Wine red with golden color.   The Sky-blue backpack with the small front pocket is sold out and will not be reproduced.   Superior Boccia Case is still available in blue & red as well as in orange colour. Blue shoulder bag: our iconic blue shoulder bag is unfortunately out of stock – will be available again in August.   Until then, we are pleased to deliver EXP1000 Boccia Superior Classic packed in a Superior Boccia Case – at no extra cost.

Complete Table Boccia Set Restocked! We are delighted to inform you that our “EXP1129 Complete Table Boccia Set” is back in stock! Each set has been meticulously finalized by our skilled colleague, Olena, who brings finesse and precision to the final touches, ensuring the high quality you expect.
Blind Sports Masks We have developed a new and even more protective mask: the Beko Mask.  “EXP5084 Beko Mask” is molded from natural rubber and is lined with PU foam for higher protection and is washable. It is equipped with nose protection, which is often used for Blind Football and Goalball.  Like the Justa Mask it will adapt to head sizes from children of 10 years and to grown-ups.  The mask is under production right now and is expected to be ready for sale in August 2025.
News on our Audible Balls
EXP5011 Blue Flame Blind Football   We are pleased to announce that the Blue Flame Blind Football is now available again, and more over featuring a refreshed and modernized design. It retains the same trusted quality and performance.

EXP5065 Petito Soft – Gentle Rattle Ball This size 1 stuffed ball is made of finest, exquisite PU (complies with REACH standards) and is filled with acrylic wool. A safe & lovely sensory play ball – with a crisp and gentle rattling sound.  We especially had children, seniors and Special Needs in mind when creating this ball.  Petito Soft is a new & improved version of our previous Petito Foam Ball.
EXP5075 Rugby Bell Ball   In some countries Rugby is a VI sport, so we are very pleased to introduce our first audible rugby ball: Size 5, made of textured natural rubber, equipped with internal bells. Besides Rugby, this ball is well suited for play & sensory training: easy to grab & hold due to the oblong shape and textured surface. Available from September 2025.
Blind Tennis Balls  Our EXP5091 Blind tennis Balls were used at an international Blind Tennis Tournament in the Netherlands this spring. After the games, the organizing committee conducted an evaluation of our balls and concluded that they have good playing abilities, clear sound and fine durability.   We are happy about the positive review – but will of course continue our work for developing even better tennis balls.
About Tennis for the Visually Impaired: the sport originated in Japan and is growing rapidly in many countries around the world.   VI tennis has 3 categories, depending on the eyesight of the player: B1, B2 and B3. The game is played on a slightly modified tennis court. One of the many positive aspects of Blind Tennis is that it only requires 2 players to have a match – whereas other blind sports are team sports where many players are needed (and there are not always enough players to make a team). Other positive aspects: the sport is fun & safe and can be incorporated in existing tennis clubs.   For more information, please check the website of the International Blind Tennis Association (IBTA): https://www.internationalblindtennis.org/
